Are video games excellent news or terrible news? And is it really as simple as all that? Over the years there has been an enormous amount of debate, or perhaps the argument between those who reckon that notebook games and video games are damaging the health of children, their imagination and potential, and those who feel they have more effect than the calls of many other children in time, and even in some cases may have some positive things.

Surely today there is growing range of notebook games and video games, and although many are still firmly rooted in the classic shoot em ‘up model, there are many new games that are challenging some of the stereotypes that people have become accustomed to seeing on the shelves.

Games that include ways to challenge their intelligence, video games designed to exercise your mind and increase your IQ, games that focus on problem solving and language skills are all there, and prove to be as well loved as games designed solely to entertain, without any attempt to pretend to be education.

There are even today’s games the promotion of physical fitness, diet and nourishment, and the Wii, in particular children and young people can see video games and notebook games, at the same time as running, jumping, dancing and spinning so that you can only have a positive impression on their health.

A further evaluation that launched the publishers and distributors from video and notebook games is to encourage children to seek their own companionship, spending more hours and more turned in upon themselves, to the ultimate detriment their communication skills and shared skills. But, with the development of Internet communications and broadband in particular, many multiplayer games have become, as long as means to chat and communicate with friends and other gamers around the world.

This has often led to groups of people working together who otherwise never fulfilled. Regarding the development of strategic thinking and teamwork, including communication, organization and stanchness, these video games have publicized have a positive impression on children in terms of the skills that are of particular benefit in the workplace of the twenty-first century.

But we will not become too sentimental about video games and notebook games adding to the education of our children and life skills experience. Many notebook games and games video are just that – games. We all need to rest at the end of the day, and there’s nothing incorrect with spending a small time playing. Some people choose to read a book, others to watch TV or go out with friends at the local park.

But who can say that playing a notebook game that is challenging reaction, strategy, logical thinking skills and teamwork is of less value than sitting slumped on the couch watching television. The truth is that, more food and drink and drinks honey are consumed by young people at the same time watching TV while playing video games. Like everything else, have a role to play if treated with respect and used sparingly.
